By accessing or using CreatorSafe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

CreatorSafe is a technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate contract templates based on your inputs. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The contracts generated by CreatorSafe: • Are templates aligned with Indian law (Indian Contract Act 1872, Copyright Act 1957, IT Act 2000, Creator Economy Bill 2026). • Are personalized based on the information you provide. • Are not reviewed or verified by a lawyer in real time. • Should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before signing for high-value deals. CreatorSafe is not liable for any legal outcome resulting from the use of contracts generated on this platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CreatorSafe. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. Businesses may use CreatorSafe provided a duly authorised representative accepts these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at anurag2090@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: • Provide false registration information. • Violate these Terms. • Engage in fraudulent or abusive use of the platform.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Refund Policy: • If your payment is processed but the contract fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 7 days. • If the contract is successfully generated and delivered, we do not offer refunds, as the digital product has been provided. • In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund at our discretion. Your contract content: The text of the contract generated for you, incorporating your specific inputs, belongs to you. You may use, edit, share, and sign it. Our platform: All underlying software, design, AI prompts, and templates are the intellectual property of CreatorSafe. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our platform or its components. Your inputs: You retain ownership of all information you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of delivering your contract.

You agree not to use CreatorSafe to: • Generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal contracts. • Impersonate another person or entity. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI generation system. • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code. • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or third parties. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law: • CreatorSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. • Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. • We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from the use of contracts generated on this platform in your actual business dealings.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated contracts will be legally enforceable in all circumstances.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
