CreatorSafe ("we", "us", "our") is a digital platform operated by Anurag Gupta, an individual based in India. We provide AI-powered contract generation services for content creators. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at anurag2090@gmail.com.

We collect: • Account information: Your full name and email address when you create an account. • Contract data: Answers you submit through our contract wizard, which may include details about your business relationships, compensation, and deal terms. • Payment information: We use Razorpay for payment processing. We do not store your card number, CVV, or UPI credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS compliance. • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and browser/device type for improving our service. • Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

We use your data to: • Generate and deliver your personalized contracts. • Process payments and send confirmation receipts. • Deliver your PDF and Word documents via email. • Maintain your contract history on your dashboard. • Send occasional product updates (you may opt out at any time by emailing us). • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure, with servers in data centres compliant with international security standards). We use: • Row-Level Security (RLS) policies so your contracts are accessible only to you. • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. • Access tokens stored as secure HTTP-only cookies. • Supabase's built-in Auth service for credential management — we never store plaintext passwords. While we take all reasonable precautions, no internet-based service can guarantee 100% security. In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.

We rely on the following third parties whose privacy policies govern their handling of your data: • Razorpay — Payment processing. Privacy Policy: resend.com/privacy • Groq / Anthropic — AI contract generation (your contract data is sent to the AI model for processing and is subject to their data handling policies). We only share the minimum data necessary with each service.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. • Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. • Erasure: Request deletion of your account and all associated data. • Grievance redressal: Raise a complaint with us before approaching the Data Protection Board. To exercise any of these rights, email anurag2090@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance (e.g., payment records under accounting regulations).

CreatorSafe is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of CreatorSafe after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
