Are your contracts legally valid in India?
Yes. Our templates are aligned with the Indian Contract Act 1872, Copyright Act 1957, and the National Creator Economy Bill 2026. That said, CreatorSafe is a technology platform — not a law firm — and we recommend legal review for high-value deals.
What happens after I pay?
Immediately after payment verification, your contract is unlocked (watermark removed, blurred clauses revealed), and you receive a clean PDF and editable Word document via email. You can also download them directly from the success page.
Can I edit the contract after downloading?
Absolutely. The Word document (.docx) is fully editable. You can add clauses, change dates, or adapt any section to your deal before sending it to the brand or manager.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
This can happen due to network issues. Most deductions auto-reverse within 3-5 business days. If it does not, email us at anurag2090@gmail.com with your Razorpay transaction ID and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
If the contract fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you get a full refund. Once delivered, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
